Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for defective or incorrect items only. To start a return, contact us at hello@furrlo.shop with your order number and a photo of the issue. Once reviewed, we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Items that arrive damaged due to shipping or that don’t match the description are fully covered. We do not accept returns for change of mind.
